If a person is unable to control their eating, most times you will find that other aspects of their lives are out of control as well. They could have money problems, lack of sleep or even addiction and alcohol issues.
Contrary to popular beliefs, restricting food is always a bad thing. Healthy eating is a lifestyle that will enhance the way you look and feel.
